My story

How I ended up here, and why I do what I do.

I was four years old when my family discovered chiropractic care. It became an important part of how we approached health and wellness as a family—and it clearly left an impression on me.

All four of my siblings became chiropractors. Our entire family saw the value in understanding the body and helping it work better.

I've spent my career learning from hundreds of practices across the world. I've studied how the best practitioners communicate with patients, build trust, and create real change. I co-founded Chiro London, one of the largest clinic groups in the UK, and learned what works and what doesn't at scale.

Now I'm in Scotland with my partner Juli and our daughter Niko. I run three clinics across Edinburgh, Musselburgh, and North Berwick. And I'm building something new: teaching other chiropractors how to do this better—how to communicate clearly, build sustainable practices, and actually enjoy the work.

Because the best thing that happened to me came from someone who understood their craft and cared enough to explain it.

What I believe

The body wants to work well. It's designed to heal, move, and function optimally. Our job is to figure out what's in the way and remove it.

Communication is everything. A patient who understands their problem is more empowered to follow through with their care and make appropriate changes. A patient who doesn't is way more likely to give up and miss out on fantastic changes.

Efficiency matters. Patients are busy, and their time is valuable. The best care is delivered efficiently—clear, direct, and respectful of both.

Sustainability beats intensity. Burning out helps no one. The goal is to build a practice—and a life—you actually want to show up to every day.
